Bowmark Capital acquires majority stake in InfraXmedia from Opus Origin

Bowmark Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in InfraXmedia, a B2B media, events and intelligence platform serving the global digital infrastructure industry, from Opus Origin.
InfraXmedia connects decision-makers across the data center, compute and AI infrastructure ecosystem through industry news, market data, professional learning and live events. Its brand portfolio includes DatacenterDynamics, Yotta, Data Center Nation and SDxCentral.
The company has grown revenue by more than 40 percent annually in recent years, driven by international expansion of its events brands and the scaling of its data-driven sales enablement and learning platforms.
Bowmark’s investment will support InfraXmedia’s next phase of growth, including its new market intelligence product, DCD Intelligence, further international events expansion, enhanced technology and AI capabilities, and selective acquisitions.

RAN Advisory and Stephenson Harwood advised Bowmark on the deal, while Harris Williams and Slaughter & May advised Opus Origin and InfraXmedia.
