Quad-C-backed Flow Service Partners acquires Altman Air Conditioning in Florida

Flow Service Partners, backed by Quad-C Management, has acquired Altman Air Conditioning, a commercial HVAC and mechanical services provider serving South Florida, for undisclosed terms.
Founded in 1985, Altman brings more than four decades of commercial HVAC and mechanical services expertise to the Flow platform, having built a loyal customer base through responsive service for demanding commercial environments.
The deal complements Cortez, an established Flow Service Partners company serving commercial customers across Florida, and is intended to expand the services, expertise and resources available to customers of both companies.
