Leeds Equity Partners-backed engage2learn has acquired Instructional Coaching Group, marking the company’s third acquisition of the year, for undisclosed terms.
Engage2learn provides leadership coaching, teacher development and software aimed at improving instructional quality and student outcomes for K-12 school districts nationwide.
The deal combines e2L’s research-based coaching services, its AI-powered GroweLab platform and its newly launched Jim Knight Instructional Leadership Multiplier Network with ICG’s coaching intellectual property and live coaching events.
ICG, headquartered in North Loup, Nebraska, and founded in 2006, delivers professional development through consulting services, its annual Teaching Learning Coaching Conference, intensive institutes, online learning and books authored by founder Jim Knight, whose Impact Cycle and Instructional Playbook frameworks are used by educators worldwide.
