Lifecycle management solutions provider Baseware has signed a binding agreement to acquire payment security solutions provider Trustpair . The proposed acquisition will deliver a complete end-to-end invoice-to-pay process, with Basware confirming an invoice is legitimate and approved, and Trustpair confirming the payment has reached the intended supplier. The proposed acquisition, expected to be completed later this year, will also build on Basware’s 2023–2025 acquisitions of Glantus, AP Matching, and Redmap. It will extend Basware’s Invoice Lifecycle Management into payment fraud prevention, complementing the invoice fraud and duplicate-detection capabilities already built into the platform.
