Serent Capital-backed Aria Care Partners has acquired Precision Mobile Care, a provider of mobile onsite dental care to skilled nursing facilities in Utah, for undisclosed terms. The deal is the third this year in Aria’s ongoing geographic expansion.
Precision Mobile Care serves thousands of residents across more than half of Utah’s skilled nursing communities, offering preventive and restorative dental care through a staff of dentists, hygienists and dental assistants. The acquisition follows a ten-year partnership under which Aria provided dental insurance coverage to residents of Precision Mobile Care’s client communities.
Aria will retain Precision Mobile Care’s client-facing team and maintain its existing onsite schedules, while extending its vision, hearing and podiatry service offerings, along with expanded insurance plan options, to the Utah facilities. Precision Mobile Care will also gain support from Aria in administrative functions, technology and care delivery.
