16 Embossed Rugs That Make a Room Feel Quietly Expensive |
Choosing a rug is harder than you might realize. Do you pick it first? Or after the furniture? Is it the statement of the space? Or a foundational layer that ties it all together? The challenge is knowing how to add pattern or texture without making the room feel busy, and that’s where embossed rugs can be particularly helpful. It really works both ways, which is why, when thinking about how to choose a rug, I’d put texture right up there with size and color.
