Bryan Hipsher | Dow Jones

Bryan Hipsher was named chief financial officer of Dow Jones, the professional news and services division within News Corp. that includes The Wall Street Journal and MarketWatch. Chanel has appointed ​Helene de ​Tissot as its ⁠new ​chief financial ​officer, starting in October. De ​Tissot will join the French luxury fashion company in October. For the last 23 years, she has worked at French distiller Pernod Ricard, the owner of spirits brands including Absolut vodka and Jameson whiskey. She has been executive vice president of finance and IT of Pernod Ricard since 2018, according to her LinkedIn profile. De Tissot succeeds Philippe Blondiaux, who is retiring at the end of the year. Blondiaux has been CFO since 2011. 

Mauve Croizat | Pernod Ricard

Pernod Ricard promoted Mauve Croizat to EVP of finance and technology, effective Oct. 1, to succeed Helene de ​Tissot. Croizat has worked at Pernod Ricard for almost 20 years, where she has held senior leadership positions across finance, business development and general management in France, the U.S. and Sweden. She was most recently global senior vice president of transformation, a role she has held since 2023. 

Sharon McCollam | Albertsons

Sharon McCollam, president and chief financial officer of Albertsons, will retire later this year. The company is currently looking for her replacement, and McCollam will remain in her role at the food and drug retailer until her successor is named. She will then remain with the company in an advisory capacity until Feb. 27, 2027. McCollam retired from Best Buy in 2016, where she was EVP, chief administrative officer and CFO, before joining Albertsons in 2021. She previously held leadership positions at Williams-Sonoma, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Daniel Duran | Fogo de Chão

Daniel Duran was promoted to chief financial officer of Fogo de Chão. Duran joined the Brazilian steakhouse chain in November 2025 and was most recently senior vice president of FP&A and investor relations. He earlier worked at BJ’s Restaurants, including as senior vice president of finance & corporate strategy. Duran succeeds Tony Laday, who is retiring after more than 12 years with the company. Laday will remain with Fogo in an advisory capacity.

Jennifer Simon | Upland Software

Jennifer Simon was named finance chief of Upland Software, effective Aug. 17. Simon joins the knowledge and content management software firm from NextGen Healthcare, where she has been senior vice president of finance since January. Before that, she spent more than three years at Quest Software, where she was most recently vice president of finance and FP&A. She also was CFO of Community Impact Newspaper. Simon succeeds Mike Hill, who is retiring.

Jamie Schroeder | Premium Guard

Premium Guard appointed Jamie Schroeder as chief financial officer of the filter manufacturer and supplier firm. Schroeder was most recently CFO of family-owned furniture retailer American Signature. Before that, he was chief financial officer of retailer Big Lots, where he led its company-wide transformation initiative. He earlier spent over 16 years at Scotts Miracle-Gro, where he was most recently CFO of its North American consumer business. He started his career at Ford Motor Company, where he spent 10 years in finance leadership roles across treasury, new product development and manufacturing operations finance.
