Charger-backed Wolf-Gordon acquires two interior surfaces providers Andor Willow and Walls & Interiors

Wolf-Gordon, which is backed by Charger Investment Partners, has acquired Andor Willow, a Toronto-based provider of wood wall panels and room dividers; and Look Walls & Interiors, a Dallas, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of custom and digitally printed wallcoverings. No financial terms were disclosed.
Wolf-Gordon is a New York City-based provider of wallcoverings and high-performance interior surface finishes serving the architecture and design community.
Andor Willow founder Sascha Tettero-Weyman will continue to lead the business.
Look Walls co-founders Lindsay White and Lester Blumenthal will continue to lead the business.
