Vistria-backed Risepoint acquires healthcare edtech firm Keypath’s North American operations

Risepoint, an edtech company that’s backed by The Vistria Group, has acquired healthcare-focused firm Keypath Education’s North American operations.
Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, Keypath is backed by Sterling Partners.
The Risepoint acquisition adds more than 20 university partnerships.
Keypath has supported more than 55,000 successful student placements through relationships with nearly 15,000 healthcare sites and more than 28,000 preceptors nationwide.
