O’Reilly LLC Joins Osaic Affiliate

O’Reilly LLC joined Millenia Investments LLC, a firm affiliated with Osaic Inc. Led by Patrick O’Reilly, Chesterfield, Missouri-based O’Reilly oversees approximately $250 million in client assets and was previously affiliated with LPL Financial LLC.

Founded by O’Reilly’s father, Michael O’Reilly, the firm has served the greater St. Louis community for more than 50 years, providing financial guidance to private investors, professionals, small and midsize business owners, and ERISA retirement plans.

As part of the transaction, Patrick O’Reilly joined Millenia Investments as a financial adviser, and Carrie Wyatt from the firm joins as a service adviser support specialist.

Wealth Enhancement Acquires Weinand Financial

Wealth Enhancement Group LLC, an independent wealth management firm, acquired the investment advisory business of Weinand Financial Inc., an independent registered investment adviser in Olympia, Washington. The team of one adviser and four support professionals is led by Mike Weinand and manages more than $644 million in client assets. The acquisition closed on August 15.

Founded in 1991, Weinand Financial provides comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement and investment planning, private and public pension review, retirement plan services, and insurance guidance.

With the addition of Weinand Financial, Wealth Enhancement will have more than $160.7 billion in client advisory, trust and brokerage assets.

Equitable Advisors Adds 2 Advisers With $110M

Equitable Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of Equitable Holdings Inc., added Financial Advisers Amanda Leija and James Yancey to its wealth management business.

Leija moved to Freedom Financial Partners, an existing practice in alliance with Equitable Advisors, from Edward Jones, where she managed approximately $45 million in client assets. Based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, she serves a client base that includes retirees, business owners and former educators building retirement savings.

Yancey, based in Sacramento, California, joins Impact Wealth Management, which is also in alliance with Equitable Advisors, from Edward Jones, where he previously managed approximately $66 million in client assets. He entered the industry after a career in economic development.

With more than $141 billion in assets under administration as of the second quarter of 2026, Equitable Advisors has approximately 4,600 financial professionals.
