PE-backed Ode with Anthropic acquires AI services firm Casper Studios

Ode with Anthropic, which is backed by Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and Anthropic, has acquired Casper Studios, an AI services firm, for undisclosed terms.
Ode is a San Francisco-based enterprise AI transformation company.
Ode’s other backers include Apollo Global Management, General Atlantic, GIC, Goldman Sachs, Leonard Green & Partners, and Sequoia.
“We’ve watched these two teams work together in action, embedding AI across the full arc of an enterprise, at the agent level, the product level, and well beyond,” said Rodney Zemmel, an Ode board member and global head of the Blackstone operating team. “Very few firms can take a company from one hard custom build to AI running throughout the business, and that is exactly what this combination does.”
