Hidden Harbor Capital Partners acquires fire-safety firm Escape Fire Protection

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners has acquired Escape Fire Protection for undisclosed terms.
Escape Fire Protection, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, designs, installs, inspects and maintains fire sprinkler systems and related life-safety solutions for commercial and industrial customers across Minnesota and the broader Midwest.
The company’s senior management team will remain active and invested to lead the business going forward.
