Continuim takes majority stake in manufacturer Resodyn

Continuim Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Resodyn, Butte, Montana-based manufacturer of new technologies, for undisclosed terms.

Resodyn will serve as Continuim’s strategic platform in the industrial mixing and materials processing sector.

Lawrence Farrar will transition from president and CEO of Resodyn to chief technology officer.

Liberty Ridge Advisors served as financial advisor to Resodyn in connection with the transaction.
