Tim Hortons Launches Harry Potter Menu for Back to Hogwarts Day
It’s not just Starbucks or LEGO gearing up for Back to Hogwarts Day. Tim Hortons has recently launched its own Harry Potter collaboration to celebrate the Boy Who Lived. The popular Canadian coffeehouse and restaurant chain is calling all wizards, witches, and Muggles alike to embrace the magic of Harry Potter in celebration of Back to Hogwarts and the 25th anniversary of the first movie.
Tim Hortons has added four donuts named after the four Hogwarts Houses along with Golden Snitch Caramel Timbits and Golden Snitch Timbits Holder. Fans can also choose from collectible Harry Potter x Tim Hortons merchandise.
Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons, shared in the press release, “Harry Potter has been a beloved part of so many of our guests’ lives for decades and we couldn’t be more excited for Canadians to discover the wizarding world at Tims restaurants…from donuts inspired by each Hogwarts House, to a Golden Snitch Timbit® and Timbit holder, spellbinding Patronus and Forbidden Forest inspired drinks, and limited-edition merch that guests will want to collect and share.”
The Harry Potter Tim Hortons menu features the Gryffindor Strawberry Cheesecake Donut, the Slytherin Chocolate Pistachio Donut, the Ravenclaw Blueberry Donut, and the Hufflepuff Lemon Meringue Donut, along with Snitch Timbits. There are even Patronus Sparkling and Forbidden Forest Iced Tea Quenchers.
The Patronus Sparkling Quenchers and Forbidden Forest Iced Tea Quenchers will be served in a limited-edition cup that reveals a trail of Patronuses when filled with a cold beverage. The former can be customized with lemonade, a protein dairy beverage, or frozen. The latter will be available at participating locations where fountain beverages are served.

Accompanying the Golden Snitch Timbits Holder, Harry Potter fans get to choose a color-changing Stir Wand, activated by cold beverages, turning blue to resemble the Patronus Charm. Participating restaurant locations will also have gift cards with a limited-edition Harry Potter “25 Years of Magic” design to celebrate the legacy of the Boy Who Lived.
To sprinkle more magic on top of the menu and merchandise collab, Tim Hortons will serve select items in limited-edition themed single-item donut boxes, multi-pack donut boxes, 10-pack and 20-pack Timbits boxes, and cold beverage cups. So if you are in the Great White North, start hitting your nearest Tim Hortons locations to indulge in the elaborate celebration.
