LongRange completes Pizza Hut buyout

  • Founded in 1958, Pizza Hut has approximately $10 billion in system-wide sales
  • Eduardo Luz serves as interim CEO of Pizza Hut

LongRange Capital has completed its previously announced acquisition of Pizza Hut, the restaurant chain headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, from Yum! Brands, Inc. for undisclosed terms.

The deal excludes Mainland China.

Founded in 1958, Pizza Hut has approximately $10 billion in system-wide sales.

Eduardo Luz serves as interim CEO of Pizza Hut.
