HIG Capital acquires Outcomes One

HIG Capital has closed its acquisition of Outcomes One, which provides clinical network services and pharmacy technology to US pharmacies, healthcare plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers and data partners.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Outcomes One’s national network includes approximately 85 percent of US pharmacies that facilitate pharmacist-delivered clinical interventions and medication-based adherence and care. In 2025, the company facilitated more than 10 million clinical interventions across 130 million covered lives.

Outcomes One’s integrated technology suite includes pharmacy management software, patient engagement and automation tools and data and analytics for prescription processing, dispensing, billing and inventory management. The company serves national and regional pharmacy chains, healthcare systems, specialty and long-term care providers and independent community pharmacies.

“Our partnership with HIG will provide additional resources and expertise to continue investing in our unique pharmacist-led clinical network, our leading technology platforms such as Rx30, Computer-Rx and Outcomes Premium, and to deliver even greater value to pharmacies, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers and patients,” said Jude Dieterman, chief executive officer of Outcomes One, in a statement.
