Gemspring Capital-backed Airswift has acquired assets of three New Tech Global businesses: New Tech Global Ventures, New Tech Global Rig Personnel and NTG Auburn, for undisclosed terms.

New Tech Global Ventures and New Tech Global Rig Personnel strengthen Airswift’s upstream oil and gas workforce solutions, particularly across drilling and completions, while NTG Auburn — which will be rebranded Auburn Energy Management — adds project and asset management, contract operations and technical advisory services. NTG has built a position serving customers across the upstream energy sector, with personnel supporting drilling, completions and field operations.

Airswift is a global workforce services provider to the energy, process, infrastructure, mining and technology sectors, operating from corporate hubs in Houston, Manchester and Singapore across a network of more than 60 offices worldwide.
