7 Most Powerful & Efficient Robot Vacuum Cleaners From IFA 2026
No matter what trade show, the robot vacuum segment gets loads of limelight, and this year’s IFA was no exception. Despite the US robot ban, there were a number of product showcases that mainly focused on high suction power, hygiene, privacy, and mobility. The biggest trend of the year was deep hygiene engineering, achieved with sanitation upgrades like high-temperature steam cleaning and built-in ultraviolet (UV) lights.
Some brands also tackled the common problem of cleaning hard-to-reach spaces with physical modifications like low profiles and mechanical arm extensions. If you want to know more, keep on reading to see our favorite robotic vacuum cleaners from the event.
DJI ROMO 2

DJI was one of the biggest showstoppers in the robot vacuum segment at IFA 2026. Using its advanced drone technology, it created the DJI ROMO 2 Series that ensures millimeter-level obstacle sensing. The massive 36,000 Pa of suction power is an industry-shattering upgrade that is better than many premium competitors. ROMO 2 also introduces a 123-degree LiDAR-guided swing-out mop arm that reaches 4.5 cm further under furniture. The robovac includes robotic legs to climb single-step obstacles up to 4 cm and tiered thresholds up to 8.5 cm. To cater to rising privacy concerns, it also includes a built-in Local Data Mode.
iRobot Roomba Duo

iRobot made a huge comeback at IFA, with the launch of its latest vacuum cleaners, including the Roomba Duo. As the name suggests, it features a dual-unit architecture that simply means two robots work in a unified system. The primary unit is a heavy-duty vacuum and mop meant for wide-open areas, while a smaller companion robot deploys via a top-mounted mechanical arm whenever it needs to clean low-clearance couches or tight dining chairs. They are meant to work as a pair by using a shared home map and an autonomous mobile dock.
Ecovacs Deebot X12S OmniCyclone

Ecovacs took center stage with hygiene-focused upgrades. Its DEEBOT X12S is an upgraded version of the X12 with 27,000 Pa suction. It comes with a sealed dust-mite chamber for deep carpet cleaning that is certified to remove allergens and dust mites from carpets with high efficiency. The OZMO Roller 3.0 system and OmniCyclone dock have been retained from the predecessor. What made it capture most attention at the event is the FocusJet spray technology that sprays water on dried-on floor stains before the roller scrubs them.

Roborock Saros 20 Flow Complete

Roborock turned heads with its two-wheel-leg architecture on the Saros Rover, already unveiled at CES 2026; the new Saros 20 Flow Complete was the actual star of its lineup. It features AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, which allows it to climb to a height of 8.8 cm. Furthermore, it achieves 36,000 Pa suction power and a SpiraFlow 2.0 active mopping system that continuously self-cleans using internal water management and 15 Newtons of downward force. The 8.98 cm thickness is another benefit that allows the floor cleaning robot to glide under low furniture.
Dyson R3 Nurovi

Dyson is not going to give up on robot vacuums, and its Nurovi lineup at the 2026 IFA showcase just proved that. The R3 Nurovi Spot+Scrub UV is the main flagship robot vacuum in the lineup, distinguished by UV light and AI vision features that help it detect around 200 types of household stains. It comes with 30,000 Pa of suction power and a bagless cyclonic self-emptying station. For mopping, it uses heated water and an extendable roller mop.
Anker Eufy Omni E35

At IFA 2026, Anker seems to be presenting the Eufy Omni E35 as a baby-grade cleaning solution. It is the first and only robot vacuum to earn the Asthma & Allergy Friendly Certification from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. It is claimed to trap 99 percent of dust mites and allergens through its AeroTurbo 2.0 multi-cyclone system. The Omni E35 offers 35,000 Pa suction and uses a self-cleaning roller mop with 99.99-percent bacteria removal.
Dreame Aqua20 Pro Ultra Roller X Complete

Dreame raised the bar in the high-end cleaning landscape by incorporating high suction power and heated sanitation into its latest Aqua20 Pro Ultra Roller X Complete. It offers a massive 40,000 Pa of suction power, which is the highest raw suction showcased at the event. There is a built-in steam generator that produces ultra-heated steam at up to 180°C (356°F), while four targeted steam outlets blast the steam onto the floor to melt grease and dried residue before the mopping process starts. It is also listed as Matter-compatible, making it perfect for smart homes.
