Wells Fargo FiNet Recruits Advisors Managing $460M

Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet) has recruited financial advisors on the East and West coasts who collectively managed $460 million in client assets at UBS Financial Services and Ameriprise Financial Services.

Frederick Spagnola and Jon Vallaro, who oversee more than $320 million, affiliated with existing FiNet practice Sullivan & Associates Wealth Management last month as Murray Street Wealth Advisors in New York City, according to FiNet.

Advisor Gabriel Armancas registered with FiNet last week as Turquoise Private Wealth, an independent practice in Woodland Hills, Calif., that oversees about $140 million in client assets, according to FiNet. The 11-year industry veteran spent almost four years at Ameriprise before moving to FiNet, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Joining Wells Fargo’s independent advisor channel is a homecoming for Spagnola and Vallaro, who worked at WFA from 2009 to 2015 before joining UBS, where they spent 11 years.

They began working together at Citicorp in the early 2000s before both jumping to Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA), according to BrokerCheck and their LinkedIn profiles.

Spagnola, who was a managing director at his former firm, has been in the financial services industry for 38 years and Vallaro for 21 years, according to BrokerCheck and their LinkedIn profiles.
